Booking Your Wedding Florist Made Easy

We know selecting your wedding vendors can be overwhelming. Once you find the right fit, it's so important that the booking process is clear. If you find that WSF is the right fit, here are the simple steps to booking with us.

Once you have received your proposal from us and you are comfortable with any edits, corrections, revisions we have made:

  1. Read and e-sign the contract. This option is available in the same link used to access your proposal. (If your link is still active, the date is still available.)

  2. Once you e-sign the contract, you will receive an email that includes an invoice for your retainer payment. The invoice will include a payment link. There is no additional fee to use a credit card. You are also welcome to mail a check or pay in person at our retail flower shop. 2315 Lee St SW, Wyoming, MI 49519.

  3. Once your retainer is paid, your wedding date is added to our calendar. You may continue to make changes to your wedding flower order up until three weeks before your wedding date. We are  flexible and open to all design, color, and quantity changes up until three weeks before your wedding when final payment is due.

  4. We are here for you. As changes arise, please feel free to contact us via email, phone, or text. We are more than happy to schedule in-person consultations, FaceTime, Zoom, or phone calls to talk through the details of your wedding day flowers. Please note ~ It is best to schedule a consultation in advance.
